Certain workflows, like reportee view for sales managers, require an active internet connection in order to function. However, all RTM workflows can work offline to ensure field operations do not take a backseat when internet connectivity is interrupted.

All information flows from the SFA application to the admin portal on a near real-time basis. The transaction information is uploaded to the cloud by automatic sync when the device is connected to the internet and is seamlessly updated at the backend system.
